Home Improvement Made a Little Simpler

Making your home look better is usually enjoyable, but sometimes we are forced to hurry the process along. If something breaks, it needs to be fixed right away, and that may entail doing a couple extra things to just get the job done right and easiest.

If something inside a wall or ceiling is leaking and you have been planning on replacing that drywall or paneling, it might be time to just do it. You can replace the drywall completely, or if you have popcorn ceilings, you can refinish them. You will have to work a lot to get them completely smooth again, but another option is to do a textured finish ceiling.

It might seem like a simpler task to refinish than to replace drywall. But, if the drywall is damaged at all or the popcorn is not coming down easily, it may be easier to replace it. In a smaller room it is easier. Old paint and popcorn usually sticks to the drywall, especially in the seams, and the nail holes are harder to patch. If you have a smaller room, it may be easier to pain.

A simple, and good looking trick to covering seams and gaps in walls and ceilings is to put crown molding up. It covers all the spaces and is just plain good looking. It is one of the easier things to do to a room, and is also a green project. You don’t need many tools and you can caulk seams and nail holes to prepare for paint.

If you don’t have all the tools you need to do this project, you can rent them from a local store. These two simple tasks can make a world of difference in the appearance of a room. Anyone should be able to try these jobs on their own. If you think you need more advice, you can look online or ask a sales associate.

When you choose to take on a remodeling task or performing routine maintenance on your home, be sure you have all the tools and materials on hand. For more tips on home improvment ideas, visit homeimprovementthoughts.com

What is an at home ab machine that actually works?
while sitting in the auto place this morning I saw an infomercial on the "Ab Circle Pro". I hate infomercials, but this actually sparked interest. Does it work? or is it too good to be true?

If so, another home ab machine suggestion please

and also, any tips on burning belly fat would be nice. I'm in good shape but there's always room for improvement.

Did you sign any sales contracts with the breeder? You need proof of purchase to prove your case in court.

I am in doubt that she is a reputable breeder, Does she have any connection with other reputable breeders in the country? I have never heard of reputable breeders telling clients that most of their puppies have parvo and can be treated with home remedies. They are supposed to have the puppies vaccinated against such horrible illness. Even if you have a record of vaccination from the so-called breeder, it means nothing. Some backyard breeders actually provide their clients with false vaccination records.

Ghd's and chi's have problems with breaking after just a year or so. The best 2 (from reviews) are the Sedu and the Solia, you can see this for yourself at folica.com, Because of the bad reviews I would not bother with them 2

TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL. DON'T GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY. IF HE DOESN'T RESPECT YOU OR LET YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT, DUMP HIM.

THERE ARE SOOOO MANY BETTER NICER GUYS OUT THERE IN THE WORLD WHOM YOU HAVE NOT MET YET! AND YOU ARE SETTLING FOR A LOSER??? !!!!

As you are using some very high end graphics programs, it would be better for you to have a Mac to do this work. Mac's have always outshined the PC when it comes to graphics.

Having said that, the Mac you are currently using may not be optimized to give the greatest performance. The top end power macs can not only run your high end graphics programs far better than the PC, but can also load a Windows Xp version, right on top of the Mac OS. This gives you the ability to run virtually anything, on the hardware best suited.

As for the virus issue, that as you said is because the mac systems have been such a small piece of the computing pie. This is slowly changing, and the first true virus for macs has been reported recently. But if you run anti-virus software, and keep it up to date, so what.

i’m guessing this guy does not do hvac work for a living.

@27mopar lol

Also, I just did what he suggested (take the fan top off to clean) with my old Carrier unit. Tops of fins are very close to the fan housing. I ended up cutting one of my fingers horribly when the fan housing slammed in place. Be careful around coils – they are fragile, and sharp!

Dr. Zarkloffs how to’s for HVAC maint. are must better.

Check out the Mighty Pump.

thanks for the tips, I have always sprayed from the outside in. and can still see some of the dirt stuck at the edge of the fin. Next time, I will remoce my fan and do what you do. Thank you.

Nice informative visuals..

thanks & love,
kris.

He died and was eaten by worms.

if you dont know what you are doing you dont need to make a video watch dr.zarkloff he knows his stuff

This very informative and useful video.
I will have to add it to my list of resources.
Thank you!

Other comments aside, please be careful with your garden hose. The way he’s spraying the fins on the coil is right on the edge of dangerous.

The fins on the coil are thin, and can be bent into a solid mass by home water pressure. Then it’s a horrid job to get them separated again so air can flow through–which is the point of the coil in the first place.
