Help answer the question about house

How do i keep my house really clean?
I want to have a clean house, but not sure on how to get it cleaned the way i want. Infact, the real problem is, i don't like my house super clean. I have to many memories of a super clean house as a kid, my mother cared more about her extra extra clean house, more than her kids. I want my house clean, but i feel uncomfortable if its to clean. i like my house to look lived in not a super selling model house ready for the market. Maybe rearranging my items will make it look more clean. Anyone have suggestions? My house is clean, as in it not smelling or tons of junk all over.

It's like a blessing, it's something like this…
Bread…that this house may never know hunger.
Salt…that life may always have flavor.
Wine…that life will always be sweet and joyful.

Here's some more I found…

Bread… You will never go hungry
Broom…Sweep away the evil; Your house will always be clean
Candle… You will always have light
Coin… Bring good fortune for the year
Honey… Represents the sweetness of life
Olive Oil… Health, Light and believe it or not, keep your husband faithful
Plant…You will always have life
Rice… Sign of fertility
Salt… Represents life's tears; You can also place a pinch of salt at the threshold of each door and window for good luck; Mend all wounds
Wine… Never go thirsty; Your home brings you happiness and joy
Wood Your life/home will always have stability, harmony and peace

Nice that you want to do this for a friend! Good luck and have fun!

I love how they laugh at each other! They have so much chemistry and seem to like each other very much (I mean the actors, of course). Lovely. Plus, this song will be in your head FOREVERMORE!

I find myself every time this song ends, saying to myself “They’re awesome, so good at what they do.” still 2 years later I say it every time the video ends.

Yes, they warm the house well.

5:07 to 5:20 hahahahahahahaha

I don’t understand why Les Miserables is always done with a British accent when they’re French.

If you don't want to give the usual, then help her out and get something she actually needs….

Electrical appliance (toaster, kettle)?
Cutlery Set?
Crockery?

…add a personal touch with a nice card!!

@mvezza Because their BRITISH people!

I have a few things in mind….;)

how about tea kettle coozy/cover?

Would something homemade be appreciated? I'm not sure I can describe this where it will make sense, but pumpkins are always Halloweenie or even appropriate for fall decorating.

You will need: rolls of toilet paper, somewhat large squares of orange cloth, green cloth, twigs, scissors.

Take a square of orange cloth and center a roll of toilet paper in it. Smooth up the cloth from the bottom to the top of the roll and then tuck the ends into the hole in the tissue. It will make a plump little orange ball.

Cut some leaves out of the green cloth. Place one or two on a twig and tuck into the hole, also. Voila! – a soft, little pumpkin for the homeowners to use to construct a centerpiece.

Or make several pumpkins and construct your own centerpiece, but then you will need some add'l supplies like maybe something to mount them on (a large mirror like you can find at craft stores is always nice). Maybe some dried leaves, berries or other foliage to tuck around to give it balance. Some sprigs of wheat to give height and a compatible contrasting color.

Use your imagination. Unless these people are real jerks, they should appreciate something they can sit on a table somewhere to get into the spirit of what appears to be their favorite holiday.

EDIT: had another idea. What about a house plant? Plants are usually not very expensive and you could even have it decorated in Halloween colors like black and orange. Craft stores have these thingies called "picks" in the floral dept that are strands of stuff secured to a spike that you push down into a flower arrangement or pot. They might even have Halloween -type picks around the holiday. That way you could decorate a "plainly" decorated house plant with some cute Halloween picks that could be pulled out after the holiday. Green plants are good air filters and having plants around the house adds a really nice ambiance.

If you're American, send a small Pennsylvania Dutch or Amish-style quilt as a gift. They'll treasure it.

If that's not possible, please find something handmade with care that looks really nice. That is the tradition in most of Germany and Austria.

I just can’t believe this is Sue Jane Tanner. I love her style of Mme. So Muuch!

@ghoststar braveheart? who does he play in braveheart?

a radiator!

Get it?

hehehehehehehe

Aaah, that depends on who the gift is for! Is it a young couple with their first apartment or somebody who has had several homes? If it is a young couple or person, you could get fixings for a lovely dinner and all the utensils needed to make it! For instance, you could get a huge pot to cook pasta in, fill it with some shredded paper filler about 1/2 way, get a bag of nice pasta, a jar of the good sauce, a nice crusty loaf of bread, some pasta serving tongs, wine glasses and a bottle of wine! Oh, yeah, you could also put a nice table cloth and napkins in the bottom of the pot instead of the shredded filler paper! You can use this idea for anything really! A nice basket full of fingertip towels and pretty soaps for a bathroom, or here's one I gave to my sister years ago: A bucket with several useful tools inside, some cleaning products, and a box of those tacks, screws, nails, picture hanger thingies. She really appreciated that one!

Everybody raise there glass raise it up the masters ares

@mvezza a lot of plays do that…so that an english speaking audience can understand while realizing that it is a play based in europe
